Join Indigo for an all-day retreat, this 2025 season. Bring awareness to self-care, nutrition, nature therapy, and mental health. Indigo will help you recharge your energy, relax your body, and heal yourself from the inside and out.  All retreats are accessible for all levels and walks of life.

Embarking on this transformative training will mark a significant milestone on your journey along the yogic path. Designed to be life-changing, this program aims to equip you with the confidence and skills necessary to become an inspiring yoga instructor. Through immersive hands-on adjustments, you'll gain practical experience that will enhance your ability to guide students safely and effectively. Additionally, you'll delve into the anatomy of the body, understanding how each pose impacts different muscle groups and supports overall wellness. The training will also cover the nuances of teaching private sessions, allowing you to tailor your approach to meet individual needs. By the end of this journey, you'll feel empowered, ready, and eager to share the profound benefits of yoga with others.

All levels welcome to workshops from the beginner to seasoned practitioners. Learn the yoga postures at a calm pace, we cultivate individual responsibility for our own practice with individual attention with support and help by the teacher. Workshops are a great way to more advanced asanas or postures. Workshops are also be a place where students can learn safely, with proper skill and tools. 

Health is wealth, and understanding what to avoid putting on your body is essential, as our medicine should come from our food and our food should serve as our medicine. Indigo's nutrition classes will guide you in reading labels and creating nourishing meals that will support a healthier lifestyle focused on wellness.
